I don't feel or think at this time that this is the place to make, in terms of a career, a great difference for me. What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Mostly with my immediate team, where it feels like we have each other's back.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I'm able to not only identify issues, but have the backing of leadership and the tools/resources to make a positive impact.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are always willing to pitch in and help with difficult tasks. They have helped when it is hard/ugly and offer encouragement and praise.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Create, maintain, and expect seamless partnerships between all of the functions within the company. There are too many instances where functions/departments are making unwise and expensive decisions that do more than affect their own people.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of work that is pushed onto our team, and subsequently onto me and other individuals, and expected to make a turnaround with less (fewer people, smaller budget, etc.) is a sign that our/my function is undervalued by upper leadership.
