Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't paid fairly, because from my batch they have the same salary package and mine was way too far from what they have. From the offer to 35k I was down to 27,200 it was unfair on my part but had no choice since I already quit my previous job.
