The demands at work are quite dynamic, but lots of resources are available for support (online courses, manager insights, and team brainstorms from seniors and even newbies).
What makes you most happy at work?
Filling job roles with the least time to fill as much as possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are solution focused but at the same time they foster a warm environment.

I love the supportive environment and if my hires push through the approval processes.

They are hands on and compassionate and awesome in thinking of lots of strategies to get our tasks done.

I like how it is holistic. I enjoyed the vaccine programs that was recently provided @ April 30, 2025

My team encourages sharing of best practices and allows quirkiness at work, so it's not all uptight and corpo.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how I can artisically express myself during the Year End Part and opportunities where I can play music.

We help each other in filling job roles and keep sane at work by maintaining that warm culture. Being cut-throat formal is the last thing that we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the MindYou benefit and the MBO setup. MindYou helps me keep sane and lets me unpack problems outside of work that I need to make peace with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how the Employee Engagement team makes the New Hires welcome to the company, and they keep that warm and bubbly vibe even when one is tenured for quite a while.
