We love helping each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
None as we do not have any engagement often.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We do not have incentives as we are only contractual. This is so sad.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Compasion in each everyone. I know that RingCentral don't have obligations with us as we are only contractual. It just saddening that we did not get anything last Christmas, unlike other RingCentral employees.
