I think that would be the base pay

I think that would be no micromanaging part.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'd be honest of course salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm not sure because I just met them once, but I like our project manager he is in full support with the new hires.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good, and I can openly share my problems. I think I'm still adjusting because the environment at my previous job had much more team engagement.
