Overall, it's by far the best experience that I had throughout my career. The higher ups are approcachable, best teammates and adequate compensation(hopefully more once we get independent).

It's about the diversity of the organization that's giving it a positive note.

They are very hands on to each employees as well as helping us every time we need them.

I'm happy that we're doing hybrid right now and hoping this continues even after we severe our ties with Acquire.

My team is very versatile in terms of productivity as well as making sure that we enjoy being with my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that we should be compensated based on what our competitors are offering with the same position. but I'm hoping that now we will be an independent company as RingCentral Philippines, we should keep up within the same range as our competitors are giving out so we can retain people.
