The team lead and manager are always missing in action. Only care about scolding their employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They only notice what you have done wrong and dont praise you for things you did right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is low and benefits are non existent. Also perks like for CS week and christmas were not given.
