Everyone is employee engaged. It's not just about the fun. It's more about how they manage to take care of each employee to the best of what they can while inserting fun in the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I see my trainees excel in learning the product. Making their own flows to make the work easier. Them helping each other so that everyone is on the same learning pace.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is the HMO. I get to feel comfortable and satisfied because I know that in the event that my 2 kids or my husband get sick, they are covered by a generous amount that RingCentral pays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates never fail to support me when I need it. They also observe me proactively and make sure to provide support early when they feel necessary. They are friendly and always make me feel included in the conversation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team, along with my Managers Jonh and Renz, are all working exceptionally in order to make our experience 100% worth the work we put in. They really check in with me and make sure that I am still working towards the goal I set when I first joined RingCentral.
