While it is a huge, glaring red flag how quickly leaders are let go and replaced and how quickly organizational changes are applied, one might view it as an opportunity to become more forward-looking, agile, resilient, and prone to anticipating changes. It's both unstable yet challenging.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I'm not really part of a team where I have colleagues that have the same responsibilities as mine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are resilient and I see the business' efforts to maintain an optimistic and forward-looking disposition in the midst of the unrealistically fast leadership/organizational changes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The conversion of OT hours and holiday work to TOIL is one of my favorite parts to my Comp & Ben package, as well as the generous MBO payouts that come in quarterly, and the free dependents in my HMO Coverage.
What makes you most happy at work?
While it is quite unclear what progression or career path I'm set out for, it makes me happy that I work with a team and under a leader from whom I can learn so much from not only professionally but also personally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't quite have the visibility on what the most executive leadership team does for the customer and the product but could only speak on the the Directors I work most closely with. What I like best about them is that they have not quite lost their human touch over the shrewdness of the business.
