I appreciate all the benefits! I feel blessed to have what is offered to us...as many companies do not always offer such great benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Company believes in us as individuals, as a department. Appreciation. Receiving respect and thanking you for your hard work goes a very long way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very open, honest in keeping us updated whether it is in our personal areas and as the Company as a whole. You feel confident in them telling us truthfully what is happening, coming down in the future, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work to strive in the same ways in achieving our goals for the company, working to strengthen ourselves within our department and for other departments, but esp. in trying to let the customers know how much they mean to us to have them as our customers!
What makes you most happy at work?
My managers, co-workers, know I love to work...I attempt to quickly complete what is requested in my tasks, resolve as quickly as I can for internal/external customers. I feel very blessed to have my job with RingCentral and truly appreciate our management teams in all they strive for!
