I have been here for almost 10 years and I still enjoy coming to work every day. I have developed good work relationships with many people who work here. The projects are still interesting and I am still proud to be a part of this company. I have a hopeful outlook for the future of RC.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Understanding leaders and flexible pto to accommodate unexpected events and family life. Everyone works hard and understands things need to get done but there is some balance where and when it counts. Also overall team attitude.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Excellent work ethic, always willing to help each other no matter the task. Positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn new things with enthusiasm. More importantly there is trust between team members and the sharing of information to assist all with overall growth.
