Lunch at headquarters. Talking with coworkers. Working on interesting projects.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Hybrid and virtual work is great. Feedback is transparent. Supporting a product that you yourself rely on is nice. We have a blameless culture: that being said, blameless cultures demand ownership and scope of responsibility.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are a global team comfortable with digital communication. We learn to share failures and acknowledge successes of others. Leveraging past experiences is encouraged; wearing zoom or slack backpacks at work is not. Company has money for team outings via domestic flights. It's okay to disagree.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I don't know much about them, but you occasionally see them around the office. They seem honest and care about the success of the company. They have a vision and some amount of foresight. They should understand that employees are one of the companies most valuable assets.
