What makes you most happy at work?
Ability to work on my projects. I've been holding them for a long time, and it's a pleasure to see its evolution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comp is under the market, stocks are just a candy wrappers, not real securities. I'm with the company for many years and literally should earn/save something. But everything I have is just a payment for my rent and groceries.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel confident in our future when I'm listening to VS/VV explaining their vision. I highly appreciate the effort of Alex Steyngolts, he literally bares Eng on his shoulders. But the rest of the exec team is just a big dump. Finance, P&M, H&R = dump. Just a carousel of people constantly changing.
