Growth mindset, generally aligned with goals for the future
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm impressed with how well the many remote teams all collaborate with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Business operations generally feel like they're making forward progress. There is at least some effort to communicate internal goings on.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm just grateful to have a job that keeps putting good technical problems in front of me. So far it seems like I'm able to deal with the internal challenges, but I am worried that even the anonymous employee surveys aren't inviting the kind of transparency that I wish I would see with leadership.
