Responsibility, responsiveness, helpful, great relationship between team members including leader
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no clear career path, no clear grades, unknown company/department wide compensation per role, and so on. My compensation was not reviewed almost for for two years.
