Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have joined with a low TC because I moved from a Low cost Location and I did not properly negotiate in the beginning. So even a fair raise makes me feel like I am making anything specially if you compare to market rate. I feel I am not very well compensted
