Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not clear what should I do to grow inside the company and department in terms of position, grade and compensation. Managers answers on the questions about that are vague.
What are some of the best things about your team?
High expertise in RC system, motivation, doing more than minimum required in scope of ongoing tasks and projects, helping improving processes and approches to testing and development even in circumstances of always hard deadlines.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Always strict deadlines, most part of the projects are jeopardy and are being delivered with exceptions, later testing during target release regression, with no time to pay attention to developing processes and approaches and with high risks of delivering with unproper quality.
