Most line employees and team leaders are a real pleasure to work with. They try to help you in any matter if you ask them. They are polite and talented people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company goals aren't transparent. Lots of promises were broken (like moving the whole Russian team to Spain). And there are no even salary indexation to the level of inflation rate in Bulgaria/ Spain.
