I think Lack of formalities.

That we became friends and can communicate as friends. Lack of formality.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning something new. Gaining new knowledge. Understanding that my work makes my team happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Helping to solve problems with company policy and with other teams. No arrogance (I'm the boss, so I'm right).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I only know about insurance compensation. What other compensations are there? I am not happy with the lack of information about this.
