I love it here. The only thing I wish for is unlimited annual leave. I wouldn't take advantage of it, it just a really nice perk to not have to worry about taking a day off or two.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable and helpful. I love that they lead by example. I have worked previously with others that never do what they say, that is never the case here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
You can depend on anyone. I feel very comfortable to assign tasks to others knowing they will be completed. They are also very supportive. I also find it an environment where I can learn something every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I absolutely love the work I do and my team. Even though there is always work, and pressure to do the work, I hardly feel it. I also feel like I am in an environment where I can learn and grow every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love remote work. When you get to work, you work and that is it. It is so easy to focus and be productive. I always feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day. My previous job was in office and I felt that there was too much slack and distraction.
