Overall, I truly enjoy the opportunity to not only work but also lead and drive one of the strategic company's vision on becoming an agentic AI organisation. The opportunity to work with experts across geos, working as one virtual team and specifically working with hardworking teams in India.

My team thirves on 3 aspects 1. Being curious 2. High agency 3. High sense of ownership Very proud of how they operate and focus on outcome based deliverables.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a conviction to move forward even if there is no 100% consensus. I really like this. In the world of AI, we have to move fast, experiment, fail fast and deliver products focusing on outcome.
