Changes in the management I answered before Have a real remote tool and culture where I can be with my team as I could be in an office. Remote means no commute but does not mean no human connection. Work meeting aren't there for human connection
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Invest time to help people grow in their careers Make their work valuable Have real managers, leaders with great hard skills aren't (necessarily) great managers - train team leaders and reorganize their time so they can take care of their team - or split these jobs, as many companies do
