Give 20% of working time for self-development, return the office to St. Petersburg, think about why people leave and do something.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to understand what they really want for the money they pay. To be honest, the leadership team lives in some other universe.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pace of change is too fast. We need to slow down a bit, otherwise most qualified people will look for more comfortable companies.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Collective responsibility is something from the USSR times. It's a shame that such a thing is practiced in RC. The team's successes within the product line are not marked or paid in any way. The issue of compensation is determined by the mood and personal fears of the some key people.
