Nice pay with stability. Too slow sometimes. Very old processes in IT and software, RC feels stuck in 2008 sometimes. Some cross engineering department collaboration would be cool!

The pay is very competitive at RC and I'm grateful for it.

I like how we all work together nicely within my immediate team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems honest, transparent and there's little politics. The events team also tries to move fast and that's fun.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work at ringcentral is too slow sometimes. We wait a long time for other departments. The quarterly goals make everything rigid and slow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Alex Shteyn is transparent and reasonable. I like him. I don't get enough exposure to the rest of the exec team to have a proper opinion.
