My team is relatively relaxed; which allows me to work calmly and well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I personally enjoy being able to talk to different employees outside of my team. As HR, being able to communicate with other employees makes me feel accomplished.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team would always connect and make sure that all employees are all aware of changes and have policies updated. This allows the employees to be engaged and well aware about company organizations and activities.
