What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management decisions are completely unclear. You have broken your promises, more than once. At big events you talk about how everything is fine, but in reality you only make our conditions worse. Learn to tell the truth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Almost all of my salary goes to monthly expenses, and it feels like 21st century slavery. I know that I earn the least in my team and for more than two years I have not seen any significant results, no matter what I do. I think that changing employers would be the best solution.
