What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I answered that previously, but in general employees are willing to work with each other which is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and RC employees we work with in general are very willing to cooperate with each other, which says a lot about the culture the company has. I truly appreciate that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My prior merits had a stock component and now the stock value is much lower than what it was during the prior merits. I don't think our salaries covered the inflation rate over the past three years.
