It's a job. Nothing really special, at least for me. As mentioned earlier, I haven't had any merit or appraissal for more than 4 years now. Although I am aware that the future looks bright for RingCentral, I don't think that it is impacting me in a profound level, as some of you want to believe.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are Prefessional, courteous and well-mannered folks.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting paid. Also, the eat outs are nice.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nothing really. I'm just someone who prefers solitude when working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The autonomy. Most of the time you are free to do your job, the way you want to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To get a raise. I haven't gotten one for more than 4 years now. Plus inflation is sky high.
