The manager needs to work on her behavior, trace the HR records and reports, consider the buzz, see the pattern.

The culture is good, but the manager's attitude and behavior is bad. New hires should be treated like so, we are just less than a month in the prod, do not expect numbers already

The training materials are generic, the discussion duration per topic is short, the manager is rude, the manager's availability 1 to none, their workload from previous class is affecting the current class. This manager is stressed out

RingCentral's product training is incomplete, we only discussed the overview and never its details. We just discussed the general info, no assigned SME, the manager is rude, no immediate support, no clear goal setting, no room for improvement, only money generation focused, RingCentral should correc
