Helping me out when needed and taking time to check on me if I am doing alright
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is very hands on and care more for the employees than usual and that makes a great leader to be one. I appreciate the assistance the team does from the support team, to team leads, and all is superb
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There were multiple days that I wasn't able to take my lunch since I was still on a call until my shift ended. I was just saddened to know since it was not an announced OT need within those times that it happened that it will become unpaid. That is all that I am not happy about.
