It could use some extra organization and I could have been a part of it earlier, but otherwise everything has been perfect so far.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the warmth, as well as the calm, collected approach towards newbies.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work itself! I love the precision, the building on something and delivering data and analytics.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team is responsive and not queasy when it comes to giving advice or feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they have depth, that they can see multiple areas of the business and bring them together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the base amount so far but an increase would be helpful. I also think the best part are the stipends, but again there could hopefully be one for transportation.
