Leadership (executive) are brilliant when it comes to handling the company in addition they are very transparent with the company's goals, standing, and vision.

The most positive aspect of our culture is the people. Teams are collaborative, supportive, and genuinely care about one another. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, trust, and shared purpose that makes the work env

What makes me most happy at work is working with a supportive and collaborative team. The trust, teamwork, and shared commitment make challenges manageable and create a positive environment where I feel motivated, valued, and encouraged to do my best.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Working in Employee Engagement is fulfilling because of the strong, supportive team I work with. Their collaboration and dedication are key reasons I stay at RingCentral. However, current manager that we have affect morale and could benefit from improvement to better support the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Staying at the company for more than 8 years is amazing (culture and inclusion wise) but with the pay I'm getting I think it does not align with what I do and give to the company. On my level and with my team mates they are getting more than I am and must have a fair and aligned salary for all.
