The smiling people which are making the vibe and the benefits in the kitchen!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is actually a difference between undervalued and underpaid, I cannot say that I feel in any possible way undervalued here in RingCentral, its just the economy inflation which unfortunately keeps requiring additional rise in the salary every year in order to keep the same lifestyle.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really feel as a part of a marathon team, because my colleagues and managers are always watching my back for my rights and wrongs in order to help and protect me, making my mistakes as a new employee nearly zero since they are catching them before any consequences to appear.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I actually feel as a part of a real team, as a person been in 6 different companies I can really feel the big difference here. Its good to know that somebody is watching your back when the job load is big that day or you're not feeling okay or some emergency wakes you up and I need to take some time
