Everyone understands the higher purpose of the company and seems invested in it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really care, I mean not just for the sake of caring but they really care
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good at understanding the trends and keep us in the game. But marketing should have been much better
What makes you most happy at work?
Generative AI has some good hold over voice communications, it makes me excited to use my skills to give that 10X impact
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though our salaries are on par with market, AI has became hot skill and the market has picked that up and my kind of skills are in demand. But still RC is going through same standard cycles which makes the outside market lucrative
