Overall, I enjoy the work I do at RingCentral. My direct supervisor is fantastic. Upper management lacks support or understanding, especially regarding bandwidth or headcount limitations. Often, it feels like the coaches are trying to coach a team for a game they've never played themselves.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Knowing that I have stable and affordable healthcare is imperative. However, the wages and meals are great too!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility with on-site hours and the ability to quickly grab coffee or food to bring to my desk between meetings is nice.

My direct supervisor is relentlessly supportive, shows integrity in all she does, and exudes compassion and intelligence. She's a dedicated worker yet maintains a human approach with her team.
