Activeness, Example and Vision. The team works best in executing and consistency.

Being a part of a project pilot that is sure to be profitable, ground-breaking and a huge area for career growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are vocal, active and I can definitely say that they're eager in ways possible regarding their work. Like every team though, there's always an area for improvement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingConnect, the idea that the company often actively engages with its employees in various given interests. Games, Sports, Travel, Outdoors and etc... It's a really good thing for a strong company to have to further strengthen their employee morale.
