One of the most positive aspects of the company's culture is the collaborative and supportive environment. Team members are generally willing to help one another, share knowledge, and work together to solve challenges.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
feel undervalued because the level of responsibility, ownership, and effort required in my role does not always seem to be reflected in my compensation. Customer-facing roles often require balancing multiple priorities, resolving complex issues.

What makes me happiest at work is having the opportunity to make a positive impact for both customers and my team. It's rewarding to help customers solve problems, build strong relationships, and know that my efforts contribute to their success.
