I appreciate that leadership gives us the chance to share our own ideas — it feels like input is actually valued. Also want to call out Manoj Kini spec
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture encourages exploration and learning new things. I get opportunities to work with new people who have great expertise, which helps me gain knowledge and grow. It's a positive environment where continuous learning is genuinely supported
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm fully committed to my work and often go above and beyond, including working extended hours. While I enjoy what I do, my current package (13 LPA, with 11 fixed) feels below market standards for my role and effort. A market correction with a slightly better package would help me feel valued
