What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how passionate they are in RingCentral. It gives me passion and drive to continue what I do today.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued by my direct manager, as compensation is not entirely in his control, but I do think that I am underpaid based on what the market is paying people of my role. I would say, maybe, we can take a look at everyone's comp and align it?
