My team is extremely friendly and welcoming. Their daily encouragement and team work makes me want to come to work each day!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think RC's leadership team all have skillsets and attributes that I really admire and would like to learn from. They are determined, hardworking, proactive and strategic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am currently a contracted employee and have been for 8 months with promises to convert to FTE multiple times. I would like to be converted to FTE to gain benefits and feel valued by RingCentral and my management.
