I really enjoy getting online or heading into the office as it serves as an opportunity to interact with other RC employees. The work we do is challenging but enjoyable as we make this place a great one to work

Seeing my colleagues and team and being able to interact with them and also get to know them on a personal level

I like that they lead by example but more importantly they make time for the little guy as that goes a long way.

We all band together to get the job done. Everybody is willing to roll up her/his sleeves and help out, regardless of level or title

The strides we've made from a culture perspective and truly making it a fun place to work over the past 12 mos has been amazing. It is an entirely different place

Seeing my team and getting a chance to have fun with them while we complete our high quality work. Knowing the opportunity we have to make a significant impact on the company

We are a close knit group who will do whatever it takes to put the best work product out there for the company. We can rely on each other in an effort to complete any task
