I started in a contract position, was brought on full time, and within 2 years was promoted to my current position. When we say we promote from within, we really truly do.
What makes you most happy at work?
The camaraderie with my coworkers and hiring managers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits started day ONE of employment. Medical, dental, vision and our 401k matching.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do the best they can to include us in what is actually happening with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone, no matter the segment, is working for the greater good of the company. Work hard, play hard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all working for the same goal, work as one, success for RingCentral, and we all work together to achieve that goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a single, no dependent, I really don't pay anything our of pocket for my benefits and our benefits are better than any other company that I've been at.
What makes you most happy at work?
As a recruiter, I am helping people find the right position for them at RingCentral. When you truly believe in the company and the product, it's easy to sell the RingCentral dream.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the things I miss most about not being in the office is the daily interaction with not only my teammates, but the rest of my coworkers in different business units. We try our best, but it's not the same working from home!
