The focus on continuous learning and growth is amazing!

The performance-based bonuses are the best part of our compensation

My actual job - most days, it's challenging in a good way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly bonus! This is the only company that makes me feel like what I do on a quarterly basis has a concrete impact.

They believe so strongly in the product and what it can do, and they believe just as strongly in the people that work for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The growth culture for sure! Everyone in the company is encouraged to expand skill sets, explore different disciplines, and step out of their comfort zones - both personally and professionally. It can be intimidating, but also invigorating.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work hard AND work smart. The lot of us are determined to have the best output we can manage given the circumstances, while having fun at the same time. Oh, and we all have a GREAT sense of humor.
What makes you most happy at work?
Lots of stuff makes me happy at work; but in summary it all comes down to autonomy, mastery and purpose (as Dan Pink would say in his book "Drive"). I'm trusted to do my work the way I need to do it. I'm given the resources to be good at work. I'm working towards a future I can get behind.
