Learning something new in an open, positive, encouraging environment. If confidence was a child, RC is the perfect neighborhood to raise them.

Communication is open, honest and refreshingly two way. Great to see regular executive conversations / responses in the RC App to all employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been on a team with this high level of competence. My on-boarding was truly a team effort. Rarely did I have to ask for assistance, someone reached out EVERY day to ask how they could help me. They still do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A complete lack of negative energy, all interaction is focused on positive feedback, development, support, guidance. Truly no "failures" at RC, we are actively encourage to "find another way that doesn't work" in pursuit of perfection and excellence. RC culture is the perfect soil to grow confidence
