It feels like I've been with RingCentral for a year now, it's quite a ride, with all the training I attended to keep up with the pace of the team that I'm with, it's challenging but what's work without a challenge, right? It's a good challenge that you get to improve yourself everyday.

Apart from the generous package RingCentral provides, it's really the culture of the company and how great the leadership team is, and I can really attest to how grateful I am for RingCentral I even referred here 4 of my co-workers before and they're now here at RingCentral.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all team players. Considerate in all aspects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary Package & HMO which I think is pretty generous.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with the new things I get to learn from our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
RingCentral's culture is really diverse and people can work easily without having any issues reaching out to other teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything is great, but the most important for me is our HMO, it helps every employee and our family as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show sincerity to whatever they want to do or implement and not because they will have good credit, but because of their intentions to be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm glad that I joined one of the best here at RingCentral, they're great mentors and willing to go extra mile in helping us be more familiar with our day-to-day tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is so easy to approach and you will not feel intimidated by their presence which is a good thing especially if there's something that you want to discuss with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how RingCentral maintains being an employee-centric company, in a way that both the leaders and regular employees are treated well regardless of what position you're in, above all, this is how a company will not worry about attrition.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy and excited that I know I got into a job that will help me enhance my skills and capabilities more, training is very important, and my manager made sure that everything is well taken care of--
