I was skeptical before, during my training days. I was even thinking of resigning and transfer to a different company. However, due to the effort and support of our trainer (Manylyn Orteza) it helped me stay with the company. As days goes by, I can say that I'm happy that I chose to stay with RC.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other company offers more basic of 25k for chat support though I'm okay with my current salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
My brain is constantly working. Lol Most of the call drivers are just the same, it's just that we have to think of ways on how to get things done.
