What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the multifaceted layers, salary, bonus + stock - those RBUs keep me here because I want them! :)

I just thought recently, there is not one single person at RingCentral whom I don't like, everyone is awesome and supportive!
What makes you most happy at work?
time off - just kidding, I really like the satisfaction of delivering a product (specifically contact center) and seeing it in place
What do you like best about the leadership team?
When I give feedback, they listen and act on it. I feel treated the best I ever have at any company as a "human" at RC.
