What is the best part about your compensation package?
The word "Best" is an under estimate word for the Compensation. I mean to become part of the RingCentral Family is already a blessing, and the compensation is already a bonus for me. Thank you very much for the continuous effort in providing us security to our work. You make us feel appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's about the advocacy of helping People, the culture of giving assistance in so many ways. I personally experienced this last year when I got hospitalized in a life and death situation and RingCentral Family is there for me to survive this battle. I know Acquire and RC will grow better and bigger.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Open Door Policy is what I like best in the company. Another thing is the GSS, Global Leadership Training that I have experienced during Team Building as it adds up to my being as an employee in RingCentral. Thank you so much. All of the Bosses here are the best in all aspect.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I belong to Acquire/RingCentral Family is already a reason to celebrate, it is only fair and just to give back what I have received with an endless effort because they are to be loved and to be kept. The Engagement Team adds up spices to build good memories during occasion. Love it!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are one, that's all I can say. They never leave me behind and support is always there to guide me in case I have a question about the task assigned to me. I am happy to be with them because they made me feel like they care for me more of like a family esp when I got hospitalized last Dec. 18-28.
