I really love this company and the people I work with. I'm very happy with my benefits and perks. I would like more of a balance of working from home and work (after all it's what our product is). My plan / hope is to stay here long term and grow with the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with my compensation. I love the stock options and bonuses and matching retirement.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team! I love working with my team and interacting with the people I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm frustrated with our leadership team. They are not making decisions, there are road blocks to move forward. We can't seem to get clear direction and everything is last minute. The lack of decisions and processes makes it hard to do your job effectively and efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really love my team! We have each others back, we are supportive. We communicate open and honestly and help each other. We have the attitude "it takes a Village" and work great as a team. Our manager really makes our team. She's one of the main reasons I'm here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very nice and easy to get to know. I feel like the energy is that everyone really wants to do what's best for the company and growth and make it better. I feel like all departments are open to working together and helping one another. I also love that we feel like a small company.
