Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If it was fair market value. It is not against Zoom, Genesys, etc

The salaries are below market value. I actually took a $50k cut to salary to come here because I believe in the companies projection. Stock does help but the affect is not felt monthly.
